Shipping

How long will it take before I receive my order within The Netherlands?
​We ship three times a week. It will take a couple of days at the most.

How long will it take before I receive my order within Europe?
​We ship three times a week. It depends on the post in The Netherlands and in your country. It should not be longer than a week.

​How long will it take before I receive my order outside Europe?
We ship three times a week. It depends on the post in The Netherlands and in your country.

​Can I receive my order by registered mail?
​Yes, you can! Please contact us by contact form. We charge € 10. Registered mail in the Netherlands is very expensive. When your order is above € 100, we will always send your order by registered mail.

I haven't received my order yet. What do I do?
Contact us! Sometimes it just needs a bit of patience. If it takes too long, we will resend your order.

I can not choose my country when I am checking out.
Please contact us. We make sure you can order from your country.

Can I track my order?
You can only track your order when you choose Registeerd Mail. (see above for ordering by registered mail)

Stock

​When a product is out of stock, when can I expect it to be available again?
During festival season it is difficult to stock our shop on a regular basis. You can always contact us for information.

Why is only a part of your products available on internet?
​We have chosen to place our most wanted products in our webshop. Are you looking for something special like a band shirt or anything else, please contact us.

Why is the stock most of the time only a couple of pieces per item?
​We are touring 4 months a year and taking a lot of stock with us. If we put our whole stock on internet, it is possible you ordered something that is sold on one of the festivals. This way, we try to make sure that what you ordered is there.

Payments

How can I pay for my order?
​You can pay for your order by IDEAL, PayPal, Sofort, Bancontact or Creditcard.

Return Policy

My order is not what I expected it to be. What do I do?
Like in any other store, you can always return your product(s). You can exchange them or you will get reimbursed. The shipping costs are yours in this case.

Touring

When is Riffs on tour?
Because of Covid19 we are not touring at the moment.

Is it possible to go on tour with Riffs?
Why don't you fill in the contact form. We can let you know if there is a waiting list.

Store

Does Riffs have a store to visit?
Yes we do! You can visit us at Meeleweg 58,7711 EP Nieuwleusen on Saturdays when we are not touring. You can make an appointment if you want to visit on a different day.
